Dear Bloggie,

Ever have a breakdown? Today was just such a crappy day, and I dont know why. First my heart felt nauseous (yes my HEART) then it felt like someone was squeezing it. And for no reason I can think of I just started crying. So I tried to figure out why I was crying but I couldnt. Oh, but I did manage to make myself feel worse.
Yup, like my new found confidence? Yeah, its not. I realized that I've just been surrounding myself with people that remind me of my old school. So its not confidence, its familiarity.

But seriously any clue as to what would make a heart feel nauseous?

With love♥,
Duzzie.
